Larssons chips

The Larsson family farm is located in Viken, northwest Skåne, and has belonged to the family since the 18th century - for eight generations.

In 2012, the farm started producing crisps. Larssons is the only chip company in Sweden that can follow the entire production chain - from planting potatoes to frying and packaging the chips at the farm.

The farm has a unique potato collection with around 600 varieties of potatoes. Of these, the best of the season are selected. Once the potatoes and root vegetables have been pulled out of the soil, they are fried in a lovely golden yellow Scanian cold-pressed rapeseed oil in an open fryer from the 1950s. The natural flavor and character of each potato/root vegetable is utilized. The result is crispy Larssons Chips in carefully selected flavors.
