Description
Vätternstranden north of Motala consists of long and undisturbed sandy beaches. They bring to mind much warmer latitudes. Tall, coarse pines grow on the sand dunes. Several of them are marked as natural monuments. There is also an exciting flora here. The bird fauna is rich with, for example, ospreys.
