[Norrköping] Stora Namnsgölen runt

The walk is classified as moderate to demanding. This is due to the hilly terrain with paths. The nature consists of forested heights with deep valleys and small pools. Many trees are over 150 years old. Most of the loop goes through Rödgölens naturreservat.

The loop starts at the parking lot at Hultsbruk/Ågelsjön. Then follow the orange markings back along the road. After a few hundred meters turn left according to the markings. After about 1 km, the trail arrives at the parking lot for Rödgölens nature reserve. Turn left and follow the markings.

The trail passes Gransjön. There is a bathing place for those who want to take a dip and the opportunity to rest. The trail splits at the northern end of the lake. Then take a right. The trail splits again after about 500 meters. Take a right. Follow the trail until you see a sign pointing to a windbreak. The path to the shelter is a detour of about 300 meters. Feel free to make this detour to rest and enjoy the beautiful place where the shelter is located. There are also tables to sit at and barbecue facilities.

Follow the path back to the trail. Turn right to continue on the circular trail. Follow the markings and after a while you will come to a beautiful viewpoint at Jakobsdalsberget (at a mast). The hike goes down towards Ågelsjön. The last part of the hike follows the northeastern shore of Ågelsjön back to the starting point at Ågelsjön's parking lot. The last part of the hike offers resting opportunities at tables or on rocks. There are also bathing facilities.
