Morning prayer: There is an opportunity for pilgrims to join in morning prayer Mon-Thurs at 8:50 am with coffee and conversation afterwards.

In the summer weeks 26-33, morning prayer is offered Tue-Thurs at 8:50 am with coffee afterwards.

Mass: The congregation celebrates mass every Sunday at 10:00 am.

Skäggetorp's church is an everyday church and every week hundreds of people come to the church to participate in services and various activities for children, families and the elderly. Since there is a shortage of large premises in Skäggetorp, the church has become a natural gathering place also for activities that are not traditionally associated with the church. This has contributed to the church being known in the area. Pilgrims can stop here for a cup of coffee and devotion, but the congregation does not currently offer overnight accommodation.

The farm name Skäggetorp has been known since the beginning of the 14th century. In a dispute in connection with the big shift in 1789, the owner of Ryd's manor asserts certain ancient rights to Skäggetorpsängen. The accompanying map shows the croft's buildings surrounded by teak and rocky slopes with oak and hazel forests. Remnants of the cultural landscape described on the map from the 18th century have been preserved in and around the current settlement. In such an oak-covered meadow, 300 meters south-southeast of the church, there is a burial ground from the older Iron Age. A stone block with a number of bowl pits, so-called fairy mills, on the upper side, testifies to cult actions conducted by people here, perhaps already during the Bronze Age.
