Description

The Swedish Broadcasting Museum is located near the center of Motala, on a hill in the middle of town in the Bondebacka area. The two tall radio towers can be seen from distance and have become symbols of Motala. It was here, in the radio station from 1927, that the first Swedish public radio broadcasts began. The radio station in Motala is world-unique in its kind, as it was at one time Europe's strongest.

For more information about the museum's opening hours, read more on the municipality's website.
