Hallstad meadows is a unique meadow with felled lindens that is beautifully situated by the southern shore of Lake Järnlunden. The lindens are old, gnarled and hollow as a result of regular harvesting of the foliage. Here you will find a rich floral splendor with a variety of herbs and grasses.

From the roundabout in Rimforsa, go west on Ulrikavägen. At Muggebo turn right towards Törnevik. Then follow the signs.

*Rules for visitors to Hallstad ängar nature reserve:
- You may not hack, dig, carve, paint or otherwise damage the ground surface or solid natural objects.
- You may not pick or dig up flowers, grasses, mosses or lichens.
- You must not start fires.
- You must keep your dog on a leash.
- You must not drive a moped or other motorized vehicle.
- You must not camp.
- You must not play music or sounds in a disturbing way.

Så fina ängar och spännande att se de hamlade lindarna. Vi passade på att ta ett dopp vid badplatsen också. Kombinera gärna ditt besök vid Hallstad ängar med en tur upp på Klevberget och Borgarmons naturreservat. Det finns en slinga på ca 3 km som går genom alla tre reservaten.
