Fishing in Göta Kanal

In Motala city, the whole family can go fishing! In the Göta Canal between Lake Vättern and Lake Boren, you can, among other things, spin and fly fish for rainbow salmon. In Göta Canal, you can catch three fish per day and person. The same fishing license applies to the Göta Canal as in Motala Ström between the port of Motala and Motala power plant. The fishing is adapted for the disabled and there is plenty of pike and perch here.
