Fishing in quarries! You will find exclusive Catch & Release fly fishing in two quarries outside Misterhult. Here you fish for Trout and Rainbow Trout. On site there is access to a guide and boat. To fish here, booking is required on the website stenbrottetflyfishing.com.

**The quarry's operations have long since stopped and the machines have fallen silent. Nowadays, the only sounds are the chirping of the birds and the waking of the fish.

The occasional sea eagle swoops across the sky and, sure enough, a fish comes up to your fly at surprising speed and offers you an exciting fight. Experience the thrill of fly fishing and enjoy the beautiful colors of the fish and its fins for a short while before you gently let it return to its home.

Then sit down and take a break to enjoy the spectacle of nature with a cup of coffee in hand on one of the many rocks or around the fire with your fly fishing friends while our chef prepares your food over an open fire.

In our waters you will find Rainbow and Trout which we are very careful with. We believe in treating fish with respect and we want them to live like the wild fish they are - with plenty of space and good water quality. We're also proud of our fish and you'll understand why when you catch a fighter on the fly.

Our guide will be on hand during the day to help you find the best fishing spots and give you tips on the flies that might work for the day. When evening comes, you can share your fishing stories with friends around the table in our unique and modern accommodation in the middle of the Småland forest, or why not end the day in the wood-fired sauna.
