Prästgårdsparken

Prästgårdsparken consists of a rocky hill densely covered with lime trees and oaks .

The park is located at the current Bråbovägen opposite the old vicarage. The park consists of a rocky hill densely overgrown with lime trees and oaks. Carl Meurling created a beautiful and pleasant park out of this hill and a stone bench was built in 1832. Roads and stone tables were then added in stages.

Carl Meurling called the park Lunden Hebron and Sans souci. Sans souci means without worries and Meurling was often seen sitting in the park reading.

In the spring, when the wood anemones are in bloom, it is absolutely wonderful to visit the park. Feel free to bring a picnic basket and enjoy the peace and quiet and a cup of coffee!
