Fishing for salmon and trout is prohibited from 1 September to 31 December.

Fishing with seine, seine and salmon lines is prohibited. The ban does not apply to tobisnot.

Trolling and otter fishing are prohibited from 1 August to 31 December. During the permitted time, a maximum of six baits per boat may be used when trolling and otter fishing at the same time.

Fishing with nets is prohibited from April 1 to October 15, partly at the turn of the week from Friday at 09.00 to Sunday at 4 p.m., and other weekdays from 09.00 to 4 p.m.

When fishing with nets, only simple fishing nets standing on the bottom with a depth of no more than two meters when stretched vertically and whose meshes have a strength of no more than three kilograms may be used. Notwithstanding this, however, the following may be used:

herring twine with a mesh size of no more than 50 millimeters diagonal measurement, cod net 15 October to 31 March. When fishing with cod nets, the top of the gear must not be set closer than six meters to the surface of the water.
