Helge Kors kapell

Helge Kors Chapel is mentioned several times in Arboga Tänkebok, but it is not yet known who operated or cared for the chapel. In other places such as Gränna, for example, the Franciscan brothers had a Helga Kors chapel for the benefit of travelers. Maybe they also had it in Arboga. The chapel disappeared from its place in the current Helgekorskvarteret after the city was reformed in 1529. Since then it has popped up in various buildings. Now it is in its original location, near Stora Torget and next to the street that once led from Gamla norra tullen down to Västerlånggatan. Another building that has found its place in Arbogas medieval history.
