Description
Popular hiking trail which starts near Väven, the cultural centre in Umeå city centre. Discover the caves, climb the mountains and keep an eye open for the mythical Tavelsjö lake monster while you are overlooking the lake! The trail is 42 km long and links to both Vindelälvsleden and Vännforsleden. If you are an experienced cyclist, the trail offers both nice and at times challenging biking.

Ganska tråkig miljö emellanåt. Några fina skogspartier men omgivningarna tar sig först vid Haddingen/Tavelsjö. Steniga partier finns. Vissa delar är ganska dåligt skyltade så lätt att gå fel. Men större delen är väl skyltad.
