Description
On your way up to Hemberget, you will pass around twenty sea walls in the forest. The sea walls were formed by huge storms on the ancient sea. Perhaps there were 50 years between each such storm. On the northern slope of the mountain there are traces of an ancient settlement. A quartz scraper and quartz shards indicate that people lived here a very long time ago, probably sometime between the Stone Age and the Iron Age.
