Location: Värmlands län, 10 kilometers west of Kristinehamn, about 4 kilometers south of Ölme church. Along the E18 between Kristinehamn and Karlstad at Ölme church, turn south and drive past the church. Follow the signs to the reserve.

It is prohibited to:

• destroy or damage any fixed natural object or surface formation, e.g. by setting fire to it or breaking out chips on rocks
• putting up a board, poster, inscription or other similar device
• disturbing wildlife, for example by taking close-up photographs of birds' nests, roosts or the like and collecting insects
• damaging vegetation, for example by picking flowers and digging up plants
• camping
• using radios, gramophones, tape recorders and the like in a disruptive manner
• driving a motorized vehicle other than on a designated road
• park other than in a designated place,
• bring an unleashed dog or other stray pet
• make a fire other than in the resting cabin and in the prepared fireplace on the headland
• carry out scientific research without permission from the county administrative board.
