Description
In and around Uppsala there are eight Linnaeus trails, reconstructions of Linnaeus' own excursion routes. The entire Hågavandringen is six kilometers long with four junctions to discover. At the junctions there is information about the place and the opportunity to call Linnaeus and hear him talk about what the landscape looked like in his time. Read more about the sites on the Linnaeus Trails website.
The hike follows mostly roads and footpaths, but also paths through forests and across meadows. Put on your hiking boots and set off on a journey of discovery!
Hågavandringen is also a treasure hunt, a so-called multicache, where you can use clues to collect coordinates for the treasure. Read more about how it works in the Hågavandringen leaflet.
