Hiking trail in Hälla deciduous forest

The nature reserve is almost 22 ha in size and is located about 1 km northwest of Godegård church in Motala. The area is very beautiful with varied deciduous forest types that offer abundant spring bloom, rippling waters and rich birdsong in early summer. Here, visitors can experience different types of deciduous forest on the slope, from low-growing scrub oak forest, clear birch forest, overgrown ash bog to lush deciduous forest grove.

The nature reserve is managed by Länsstyrelsen Östergötland.
