Description
Kloster is an eldorado for birds and birdwatchers. The vast wetlands and aspen-rich forests are alive with life in spring and fall. The reserve's old and decaying aspens mean that lichens, beetles and wood fungi thrive here. East of the bird tower, the fields are grazed by cows. Also take the opportunity to visit the newly restored English Park at Klosters Manor.

Directions
The area is located 15 km northeast of Hedemora. Take road 270 towards Husby. After Dalälven, turn right. Drive just over 1 km on the road that turns south again and follows Dalälven. Then turn left towards Kloster and Dormsjö. You are there after about 3 km.
