Description

The fishing area around Motala, Borensberg and Tjällmo are all forest lakes.

If you are looking to get out into nature and find peace and quiet, these lakes are a good alternative.

Perch, pike and whitefish are the most common fish species and can occasionally surprise with good size - most of the lakes are popular for ice fishing.

The fisheries management area belongs to the Östergötaland angling guide:

Fishing in Skönnarbosjön, Holmasjön, Bredsjön and others (ifiske.se)

Fishing licenses can be purchased at:

Fishing license in Östergötlands Sportfiskeguidning (Skönnarbosjön, Holmasjön, Bredsjön mfl) (ifiske.se)
