**Bert Davidsson

Swedish artist born 1956

Bert is a trained forestry worker. With his interest in form, he discovered that the chainsaw suited him as a tool for design. Today he only works with his own creation. Bert has been using the chainsaw for this purpose for 30 years. He makes signs, sculptures, reliefs and gifts of various kinds. Bert also does some painting, both in oil and watercolor.

You can find his chainsaw sculptures at Alléskolan, Kyrkoparken and at the start of the electric light trail at Bysjön.
