Lislingan 4,2 km

Go through the gate into the sheep pasture, turn down towards Li grave field and cross the road. You walk through the burial ground, one of Sweden's largest burial sites from the Iron Age and Viking Age, with over a hundred erected stones. The Frog Stone is the highest and is over five meters high. When you reach the stone, you turn back and walk across the road again and east up the hill.

Go through the gate and pass over the heather. Cross the road and walk up the hill until you reach the top of Svalhögen, one of Halland's finest viewpoints and the only place in Sweden where you can see lake and sea at the same time.

The trail continues south on the edge of Bräckan and over a road before turning back north through beautiful pastures and natural environments. Over the road and into the next pasture you have a strikingly beautiful view of Lygnern.

After Bräckan's edge, continue north all the way to the northern edge of the reserve and across the road. Follow the winding path down into the gravel pit. The markings in the pit take you back to the visitor center.
