Description

Connecting trail between Ågelsjön and Rödgölenledenleden 1.3 km.

From the parking lot at northern Ågelsjön, first follow the trail along the water. When it splits, just before the rest house, go left. There begins a long climb that takes you up to the pine-clad white moss rocks.

Up here it's far from roads and buildings and you can almost touch the silence. After passing a small footbridge you find yourself in Rödgölens nature reserve, where spruce forest with the characteristic moss-covered slopes dominates.
