Veka N and S are in Halmstad municipality. Directions: North: From road 25 in Simlångsdalen center take towards Mahult. After 3.5 km, turn right at Mahult's farm onto a small road, cross the bridge over the Fylleån river and continue about 800 m to a small parking lot. South: This part is most easily reached on foot or by bicycle from Veka N. The area is a few hundred meters straight south from Veka N. There is no parking here.

To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.

In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:

• destroy or damage any fixed natural object or surface formation
• affixing a board, poster, inscription or other disturbing device
• damage vegetation, e.g. by digging up plants
• disturbing wildlife, e.g. photographing bird nests from close range
• letting dogs loose in the area
• camping or pitching a caravan
• making a fire other than in the designated area
• driving or parking motorized vehicles other than on the designated road and parking area, and
• cause damage to fences or other structures.
