Batteriparken is well hidden behind the beautiful wooden houses of the older neighborhoods. The Battery Park consists of gentle hills, beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the water. The hills hide the remains of an old gun battery. From here, the 13th battery had a full view of the northern inlet, Kastellet and Norrhamnen.
Here you can sit on one of the benches and enjoy the view, or why not have a picnic on one of the park's grassy areas. Right next to the park is a small swimming area.
