Friluftsmuseum Torekällberget

High up on a mountain in central Södertälje is the Torekällberget open-air museum. A visit here is a step into the history of Sörmlän. Here are old houses and farms that tell about how life was lived in the 19th century.

In the city quarter there are cafés, a bakery that makes genuine Södertälje pretzels, a pottery, a trading post and shops. Lillgården is a miniature 19th-century farm where children can play and get an insight into everyday life in the past. At the farmhouse and croft they can meet rabbits, goats, sheep, horses and cows. Free admission!

Parts of the museum have good access for the disabled.
