Description
Dörröds Fälad has been a grazed pasture for several hundred years and today there are both woodland and semi-open pastures in the Reserve. The landscape is varied, with drier heathlands on the higher parts and wetter areas on the slopes. This means you can experience everything from pasqueflower to common dog violet in the Reserve. As Dörröds Fälad is situated on the Romeleåsen ridge, the terrain is steep and rocky in places.

If you need to take your car to Dörröds Fälad, there are two car parks nearby. One in the north, with a few minutes’ walk to the Nature Reserve and one in the east right next to the boundary of the Nature Reserve. From the car park in the north, follow the signs for Kullatorpet. Once at Kullatorpet (a croft), turn to the south to get to Dörröds Fälad.
Directions
It can be tricky to get to Dörröds Fälad by public transport, but if you want to take a longer walk and see a lot of countryside, you can take the bus to Genarp, and then follow the Skåneleden Trail from Ekevallen sports ground to Dörröds Fälad via Häckeberga Nature Reserve. When you reach Kullatorpet, walk to the south to reach Dörröds Fälad.
