Rundslinga Skogstorp

Skogstorp is an easy hike with several elements of beautiful cultural environments. From the highway you first reach Elgsjögården and Häradstorp farm, the latter with a past as an inn.

The trail then passes the Skogstorp day labor farm, a remnant of what life could be like in this village in the 19th century. The beautiful setting and access to bench tables make this a perfect place for a break. Next to the house there is also a so-called tar valley, a remnant of past forestry. Nearby there is also a newly built old-style charcoal hut.

After Skogstorp, the loop passes the highway and then rounds the northern shore of Älgsjön and then follows the older highway back to Häradstorp.
