Detour 650 m to Mosseboborg, a nice stop.
Here are the remains of a medieval castle. The castle may have existed as early as the 600s and has been rebuilt several times after being destroyed by fire and war. The building was finally demolished in 1728 as it had fallen into disrepair. Today, only the remains of the basement floor remain.
The water level in Lake Mossebo was higher and the shore was closer to the castle.
