Take the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful form of exercise, which offers both exercise and wonderful nature experiences! We also offer technical sessions for those who are interested.
If you want to try kayaking, we offer trial sessions, but it is also possible to come to one of our Thursday paddles and we will help you. Please let us know at kajak.bif@brokind.se if you are interested in participating so that we can arrange a kayak.
We adapt the paddling to the level of the participants and we welcome everyone regardless of previous paddling experience.
