Hässelbyskogen is located on the outskirts of Hovsta, about 9 kilometers north of Örebro city center. Take road 50 towards Falun and then turn off towards Hovsta center. Parking is available at Lundhagskyrkan. Or take the bus to Hovsta center. The entrance to the reserve is about 80 meters north of the bus stop.
