Description
In between Lenhova and Sävsjöström is one of Uppvidinge’s many hidden gems. The narrow promontory in the lake Alstern is called Pinudden and is a popular destination for the locals. It’s a perfect place for swimming or fishing.

Directions
Take road Oskarshamnsvägen/Lenhovdavägen that goes from Lenhovda to Älghult. When driving from Lenhovda, turn right after about 6 km and follow that road over the bridge.
You can also use the old railway embankment that been turned into a bike trail. Its about 4,5 km to bike to Pinudden from Lenhovda, and about 3,5 km from Sävsjöström.
