Moshults vandrarhem

Moshults Hostel is an affordable accommodation in a rural, cultural-historical environment with forest and animals close by. Here you can enjoy the peace, quiet and nature and sleep well between freshly ironed sheets. You don't need to bring sheets or towels, they are included in the price. We are happy to organize conferences, parties, entertainment and with homemade food.

The main building was originally a school for local children. It was completed in 1936. When the old school in Påvelsmåla (today called Mobergskolan) became too small and outdated, this beautiful building was built.

Over time, this school was also closed down and then the defense force bought the facility. It was built into a barracks at the back, which today has ten rooms, sanitary facilities and a guest kitchen for rent. It was used for military training until the late 70's. Since 1983 it has been a hostel and we welcome both old and new guests to Moshult to discover both nature and culture.
