The wave trail has two different variants.
- Length: 3.4 km or 9 km
- Starting point: Hembygdsgården in Stugun. Follow the green markings.
Vågenleden has two variants. The short 3.4 km starts and ends at Kompaniet. The long 9 km starts and ends at Hembygdsgården. From Kompaniet via Framnäs, Hålltålln, Segnäset and Skönvik. From there via the highway back to Kompaniet. The long variant via Stuguberget or alternatively the country road (Gjurds väg) also on the return journey.
The trail is suitable for cycling.
