Vandringsled Strandpromenad samt Stadsberget, Krångede

The promenade is the first part of a trail that stretches from Naturcampingen in Krångede to the top of Stadsberget. The second part runs from Nabben to the top of Stadsberget.

Part 1: The beach walk

The trail starts at Krångede Naturcamping and goes to Nabben at Stadsberget. Follow the blue markings.

Length: 1.2 km

Difficulty : Easy The trail runs along the Indalsälven. Before Nabben the trail goes, about 200 m along road 87.

At Forsnacken there is a lovely barbecue area, which can also be reached from the parking lot on the 87 before Stadsberget.

Part 2 : Stadsberg hike

The trail starts at Nabben, the headland at Stadsberget and goes to the cabin at the top of Stadsberget. Follow the blue markings.

Length: about 1 km.

Difficulty: Difficult, partly steep, on wet ground, risk of slipping.

Along the trail there are information boards about animals and nature. At the cabin there is a barbecue area, you can also stay overnight in the cabin. A breathtaking view of the Indalsälven valley meets you from the cottage

You can choose to walk back the same way, or join the Pilgrims Trail to get to Krångede Museum or Stordalen.
