Vandringsled Blomstigen, Bispgården

Follow the orange markings. Walk along Blomstigen, which winds along the edge of the former school area at Hotell Älggårdsberget.

At the start at Hotell Älggårdsberget there is a box with brochures explaining the numbered signs along the hiking trail

Take the opportunity to look at all the different types of trees that are signposted in the arboretum. The flower trail starts with the Arboretum (tree species collection), goes a bit after the pilgrim trail and turns towards previously cultivated meadows. The flowers are most abundant in spring/early summer. Interesting are the different tree species and the giant larch trees.

The path passes Älggårdberget's facility on the way back and turns down towards a loop south of the buildings. Between the road and the foot of the slope there is a record-breaking tree preserved under its own roof!
