Perfect courses for those who train for CykelVasan. Vasa 30 and Vasa 45 split after about 25 km and Vasa 30 has its own route the last 5 km to the finish. The courses go on forest roads, larger paths and nice singletracks. Vasa 45 also has an approximately 2.5 km long paved stretch on a country road with little traffic. You pass some rest areas with rest huts or shelters where it may be appropriate to take a coffee break. The terrain, hills and surface are similar to CykelVasans.
