Båtled Stenö-Storjungfrun

The boat route from Stenö guest harbor on the mainland out to the Söderhamn archipelago and the lighthouse harbor on the island of Storjungfrun.

Storjungfrun is Söderhamn's largest island and is also a nature reserve. There is plenty to discover here as the island offers magnificent nature! There are about 14 km of marked trails waiting to be discovered. The island is relatively unexploited and there are many gems to enjoy. The island has one of the finest sandy beaches on the Virgin Coast!

The island also has several cultural-historical values. Among other things, there is a chapel built in the 17th century and remains and traces of old ports, the oldest founded as early as the 16th century, as well as Sweden's last coal-fired lighthouse.

Book into one of the archipelago cottages on Storjungfrun and experience this fantastic island. Next to the lighthouse there are four simple rental cottages and a sauna to use.
