Description
The church has medieval origins. Its oldest parts were probably built in the 14th century, perhaps even earlier. The church was built in various stages. In 1621, the tower was crowned by a narrow, pointed spire. It was replaced in 1773 with the current lantern, designed by architect Carl Hårleman.
