Description

The Kinneviken trail passes through a 30-40 year old spruce forest with occasional deciduous trees, and the terrain is varied. Be cautious of potentially slippery rocks in wet weather. There are barbecue spots, tables, and benches along the trail. Free firewood is available at the barbecue spot from May 1 to September 30. There is a swimming area at the lagoon, and a toilet is available at the reception of Läckö Strand.

The first section of the trail goes through dense spruce forest on a wide path. Then, you'll walk along the edge of the cliffs with views over Kinneviken. In the final part of the trail, you'll pass the lagoon—a restoration of an old pond where ice was once harvested, now a beautiful swimming spot in the summer.
