Karsbo Hjort

A bit south of Östra Frölunda you will find Karsbo Hjortägn. From here you can buy deer and game meat from naturally raised animals.

Natural meat of quality

Karsbo deer delivers a fantastic game meat of high quality. The deer live their lives in deer fences that surround the farm. They roam freely and graze in the pastures all year round. An exciting experience is to follow them during the changes of the year, from the rutting in the fall to the calving in the summer.

Cutting and packaging takes place in the newly built game handling facility, which is controlled by the Swedish Food Agency. You decide how you want your meat delivered. Large or small meat boxes, individual cuts or perhaps you want to cut it yourself, you decide.

Hunting

If you are a hunter, we offer stealth hunting in the enclosure, so you can arrange the meat yourself.
