Close to nature hostel near the Halle- and Hunneberg Ecopark

Hunnebergs Gård Hostel & Camping is located in Vargön and offers spacious grounds with a garden, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Around 80 camping spots are available, both with and without electricity.

Location

The hostel is situated about 2 km from Vargön’s center and approximately 1.8 km from Hunneberg. Halleberg is about a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, and Hastevadet is within walking distance.It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach Trollhättan Vänersborg Airport.

Rooms

The hostel has 25 rooms, all equipped with spring beds that are made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are included. Shared toilets and shower facilities are available on each floor.

Pets

We are happy to welcome our four-legged friends for an additional fee. However, some rooms are pet-free.

Food and Drinks

A large communal kitchen is available for guests to use.A generous continental breakfast buffet can be pre-ordered no later than the day before.

Leisure and Business

A sauna is available on the ground floor. There is a playroom for the youngest guests and a playground outside the hostel. Mini golf is available on site, and for the upcoming season, a high-ropes course is also being planned. Beautiful hiking trails and Lake Vänern with lovely swimming areas are nearby.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel free of charge.

Parking

All guests can park for free in our private parking area. There is also a long-term parking area down by the bandy rink. Also a locked indoor parking area for bicycles.
