Svartådalen's Nature and Culture Center is located in central Västerfärnebo, about 10 kilometers from Hälleskogbrännan's Nature Reserve. Here there are exhibitions about the nature and cultural history of Svartådalen, as well as information about the big forest fire in 2014.
