Abelvattnet stugor

The cabins are locked, but can be rented through Hemavan Nature Center.

The cabins consist of a twin cabin with two accommodations/apartments of 25sqm/4 beds. There is also a single cabin with one room/25sqm/4 beds.

The cabins have crockery and utensils for cooking, hotplate, wood stove. Electric fridge, lamps and wall sockets with electricity. Mattresses, pillows and duvets. Bring your own bedding.

Firewood is available in the woodshed. Remember to split and carry in firewood so that there is enough for a fire for the person who comes after you. Outhouse that needs shoveling in winter. Shovels are available at the houses. Water is fetched in the lake.

The visitor center is closed from October to February. In this case, you should contact us on a weekday at least one week before the date of your reservation.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year must be made before week 51 in order for us to be able to hand out the keys.

The cottages can be rented for a maximum of 5 nights per stay.

Key collection no earlier than 13.00 on the booked day. Key return the day after the last booked day, no later than 12.00.

The twin cottage can be booked a maximum of 3 months before the intended arrival date.

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the planned arrival date. If this is not done, the fee for the entire stay will be charged without the chance of a refund.

The following have priority for the single cottage:

• Local residents with household fishing in Abelvattnet and Abelvattsbleriken.
• Members of the Vapsten Sami village.
• Employees of the County Administrative Board of Västerbotten.

The cottage can be booked at short notice by the above at a maximum of 7 days before the intended arrival date. If the cottage is not booked within 7 days before the intended arrival date, this cottage can also be booked by other guests.

Key boxes with key and tag for road barrier are available at the nature center. We send out a code the day before your booking.

Fee

500 SEK per cottage / night.

250 SEK per cabin for local residents with household fishing, members of the Vapsten Sami village and employees of the Västerbotten County Administrative Board.

Children under 15 years stay for free.

The fee is preferably paid via Swish to: 123 293 08 81. Specify Abelvattsstugan so we know which cottage it applies to.

Road barrier

During the bare ground period, the road to the cabins is closed at the turn-off after passing Gejmån.

It is not allowed to let unauthorized people in at the road barrier except individuals in their own company who will stay in the cottages. If it is discovered to the County Administrative Board that tenants of the cottage have let through unauthorized persons, such as motorhome owners, outdoor enthusiasts, fishermen or the like, the responsible tenant risks losing his right to continue using the cottages.

Rules of order

You as a visitor clean up after yourself and carry in wood from the wood store to the next guest. Do not forget to splinter sticks that are easy to make a fire with.

Dogs are allowed in the cabins, but they must not lie on mattresses or blankets. Do not use kitchen utensils as food bowls either.

Do not leave fish waste on the beach below the cabins.

We ask that you preferably do not arrive at the twin cottage after 10 pm out of consideration for other guests.

NOTE!

It is absolutely forbidden to charge electric cars via the wall socket inside the cottage. There is a great risk of fire as the socket is not adapted for the purpose.
