Riding tours on Icelandic horses

Join in on a delightful riding and outdoor experience in the forests of Munkfors.

Prepare yourself for a delightful riding and outdoor experience with a trained tour leader. Kalvbergsåsens islandshästar are friendly, strong and well mannered.

Everyone is welcome - young or old, with or without experience. Children with no riding experience should be at least 12 years old.

In the forest you may encounter fox, deer and moose. The tour starts with a brief tutorial in the paddock before heading out on gravel roads and winding forest roads. Sometime during the tour (tours longer than three hours), you will stop for a break and have a snack.
Dress in comfortable clothing and according to weather conditions. Please use shoes with heels.

Includes:
- A snack (tours longer than one hour).
