Description
Svanskog living homestead (folk museum) association is a carrier of culture that brings the village together.
Living homestead (folk museum) is located near the center of Svaneholm. The manor house is completely newly built as the old manor house from the 18th century burned down in 2019.
On the farm there is, among other things, an old merchant's stall from the 19th century, which came from Hallanda, a shoemaker's shop in pristine condition and a forge from Leverheden. Many visitors from near and far come here when the traditional midsummer is celebrated. Hembygdsföreningen organizes courses, music events and more.
