Smultronställe, utsiktsplatsen i Oxhagen

At the top of Vattholmaåsen, in Oxhagens nature reserve, there is a viewpoint with benches. In front of you is a steep gravel slope towards a former gravel pit. From the ridge you get a view over the pastures and towards Fyrisån.

The best time to visit Oxhagens nature reserve is perhaps in spring and early summer when the pastures are in full bloom. It's a great place to have a picnic, or take a walk along one of the two paths. During the green season there are usually cows in the pastures.
