Description

The Via Baltica, also known as the Baltic-Westphalian Way, is the northernmost east-west connection in the German network of Ways of St. James. It forms the bridge from the Baltic countries to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The St. Birgitta Ways starts at the Hauptkirche St. Jacobi, which is located near the train station in Hamburg. You walk along the Via Baltica to Lubeck.
