From the tower you have a good view of the northern parts of the lake while getting close to the birds. Cranes, whooper swans and graylag geese usually nest nearby. If you're lucky, you might even spot a black-necked grebe. If you want a bigger view of the lake, there is a platform on the mountain halfway from the parking lot.
