You are welcome to visit us to buy organic flour of cultivated cereals. We grow specially selected old varieties with good characteristics. Fylgia spring wheat, Swedish variety from 1934 and Östgöta Gråråg (Vikbolandsråg), both are included as a conservation variety on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's variety list. We also grow Emmer, which is an ancient wheat that has been grown for 8000 years. Our flour is milled at Orga Mill. (Maybe there is also apple must, but we grow mostly later varieties that are not ready yet.) Variety testing of apples is offered during Östgötadagarna by Anette who is a certified pomologist and has a small organic apple orchard. Bring at least 3 apples of each variety.
