Meadow at Lisstorp
Managing a hay meadow is a pleasant and rewarding way to preserve biodiversity. Since 1992, the Katrineholm Nature Conservation Society has managed a small meadow (about 1 ha) at Lisstorp in Björkvik.
The land belongs to Ericsberg, and thanks to a positive attitude from the owner, Carl-Göran Bonde, and the tenant farmer, it was possible for the association to begin restoration work.
Among many other things, you can see large stands of cowslips, buttercups, darnel grass, maidenhair fern and hogweed.
