Entrén till fågelsjön Sträp

Welcome to the bird lake Sträp. The restored lake has a parking lot and an information sign, several bird towers and platforms, and a picnic and barbecue area linked by a signposted path. The trail starts at the parking lot and runs along the eastern shore of the lake. After 1.3 km you reach the picnic and barbecue area where there is also a small bird tower and a footbridge leading across the lake. On the west side you can walk on the road back to the parking lot. The whole route is 3 km long. Sträp and the surrounding area are rich in birds, with whooper swans, cranes and black-necked grebes nesting here. The lake and facilities are managed jointly by the Friends of Sträp association, the landowners and the municipality.
